Refunds are issued based on DrawCubs’ discretion. If you are not happy with the artwork we create after reviewing it digitally & YOU HAVE NOT APPROVED YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING, we will issue you a full refund of the 20% downpayment you already made.

All artwork copyrights pertain to DrawCubs unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. The artworks are for personal use only.

7. Liability:

DrawCubs assumes no liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
